Welcome to DorvaTech Review. By registering an account, printing our generated QR review materials, activating NFC products, or accessing our dashboard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Account Terms and Access

You must provide accurate, current registration info. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying suspicious automated traffic, bot scraping, or malicious API queries.

2. Proper Use and Guidelines

DorvaTech Review provides reputation helper software. When collecting customer reviews:

• You agree not to purchase, incentivize with direct cash payments, or fabricate fake reviews.
• You agree to comply with Google Business Profile terms and guidelines.
• You acknowledge that our Smart Feedback Shield is designed to manage customer grievances, but you must not actively prevent customers from leaving a public review if they reject internal resolution.

3. Fees, Payments and Trial Limits

Upgrading from the 14-day free trial requires selecting a subscription plan billed monthly or annually. Plans include set monthly AI quotas and business profile limits. Subscriptions are auto-renewing but can be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are governed by our standard billing procedures.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, layout codes, dashboard analytics structures, and brand logos are the exclusive property of DorvaTech Solutions. Review standees generated in high resolution are licensed to you for print and in-store marketing distributions.
