The collected data is processed strictly to provide and secure our reputation services, specifically to:
- Generate customized, trackable review QR Stand links.
- Convert feedback tags into natural review text drafts using AI language models.
- Filter and route low-rating feedback (1-3 stars) directly to private user inboxes.
- Deliver support notifications, invoices, and product update notifications.
3. Data Retention and Safety
We utilize secure socket layer encryption (HTTPS only) and password hashing technologies to secure stored databases. Customer contact messages and business profiles are retained as long as the subscription remains active, or until a deletion request is formally filed.
4. Compliance & Third-Party Services
Our review generator calls AI model APIs to compile drafts. These APIs do not store customer inputs for core model training. We redirect users natively to Google Maps review interfaces, which operate under Google's independent privacy guidelines.
